The 90-Day Quick-Start Plan: Everything From This Series, Organized Into One Roadmap.

You've read 11 weeks of strategy.

You understand the C4 framework: CONVERT, COMPETE, CAPTURE, COMPOUND. You know why your website needs to convert before you drive traffic. You know why reviews drive map pack position and AI recommendations. You know why SEO compounds and why quitting early costs millions. You know how to calculate your true cost per qualified lead. You know what 12 months of disciplined implementation looks like in real numbers.

You know what to do. The question is: will you do it?

Last week, we showed you Meridian Law Group's 12-month journey from 12 leads to 48. The results were dramatic. But they didn't come from a dramatic intervention. They came from doing the right things, in the right order, for long enough.

This is Week 12. The finale of our CAPTURE series. And instead of giving you more strategy, we're giving you less. One plan. Three phases. Ninety days. Everything organized into a single roadmap you can start tomorrow.

No more theory. No more frameworks. No more "here's why this matters." You already know why. Here's what to do.

Why 90 Days (And Not 12 Months)

Twelve months is the full growth timeline. Ninety days is the quick-start. Here's why 90 days is the right frame for getting started.

Ninety days is short enough to maintain focus. Most practices start a marketing initiative with enthusiasm and abandon it within 60 days. Not because the strategy was wrong. Because the timeline was too long to feel momentum. Ninety days keeps the finish line close enough to stay motivated.

Ninety days is long enough to see results. In 90 days, you can fix your website conversion rate, build your review system, optimize your Google Business Profile, launch your content engine, and see the first signs of organic growth. Not the full hockey stick. But enough to know the system is working.

Ninety days creates the habit. After 90 days of disciplined implementation, marketing becomes a system, not a project. It runs. You maintain it. You optimize it. But you no longer have to "start" it. The habit is built.

👉 The practices that succeed aren't the ones with the best strategy. They're the ones that execute. This plan is designed for execution.

Phase 1: Days 1 to 30 (CONVERT Foundation)

The first 30 days are about fixing what's broken. No new traffic. No new campaigns. No new content. Just the foundation.

Week 1 (Days 1 to 7): Audit and Prioritize

Run a full audit of your current digital presence.

  • Test your website speed at PageSpeed Insights. Write down your mobile and desktop scores. If either is below 70, this is priority one.
  • Check your website conversion rate in Google Analytics. If it's below 3%, you have a conversion problem. If you don't have Google Analytics set up, that's your first task.
  • Count your Google reviews. Count your top competitor's reviews. Write down the gap. This is your review deficit.
  • Search your primary service keyword on Google (e.g., "personal injury attorney [your city]"). Are you in the map pack? Are you on page 1? Write down your position. This is your visibility baseline.
  • List every marketing channel you're currently using. For each, write down what you spend and what you get. If you can't quantify what you get, mark it "unknown."
  • Identify your peak satisfaction moment. When is a client happiest with your service? That's your review trigger point.

By the end of Week 1, you should have a one-page document showing: your website speed score, conversion rate, review count vs. competitor, map pack position, and marketing spend by channel. This is your starting point.

Week 2 (Days 8 to 14): Fix the Critical Technical Issues

  • Fix website speed issues. Compress images. Minify CSS and JavaScript. Enable browser caching. Reduce server response time. Target: under 2 seconds load time.
  • Fix mobile usability errors. Check Google Search Console for mobile issues. Fix every error. Google prioritizes mobile experience for rankings.
  • Add schema markup to your website. Local business schema. Service schema. FAQ schema where applicable. This helps Google understand your site and powers rich snippets.
  • Set up Google Analytics 4 (if not already done). Set up conversion tracking for form fills and calls. Set up Google Search Console (if not already done). Verify your site and submit your sitemap.
  • Set up call tracking. You can't optimize what you can't measure. Know which calls come from which sources.

By the end of Week 2, your website is technically sound. Fast. Mobile-optimized. Tracked. Ready to convert.

Week 3 (Days 15 to 21): Build the Conversion Architecture

  • Build dedicated landing pages for your top 2 services. Not your homepage. Dedicated pages with one message, one offer, one CTA. Follow the framework from Week 1.
  • Rewrite your homepage headline. It should state what you do, who you serve, and why you're different in one sentence. No vague "we help people" language.
  • Simplify your contact forms. Reduce to 4 fields maximum: name, phone, email, and one qualifying question (case type, service needed, or budget range). Every additional field reduces completion by 11%.
  • Set up your CRM or lead management system. Configure automated lead routing so every lead is assigned to someone within 5 minutes. Configure automated email and text follow-up for leads that don't respond within 15 minutes.
  • Set up your review automation system. Connect it to your case management or scheduling software. Program the trigger to fire at your peak satisfaction moment (identified in Week 1). Write the two email templates (initial ask + follow-up) from Week 8.

By the end of Week 3, your conversion architecture is built. Landing pages. Forms. CRM. Review system. Ready to capture and convert traffic.

Week 4 (Days 22 to 30): Optimize and Test

  • Optimize your Google Business Profile. Update your business description with keywords. Add all services. Upload 10+ photos. Set up Google Business Profile posts to publish weekly. Complete every section. Verify your information is accurate across all directories.
  • Run your first landing page A/B test. Test two headlines. One should be benefit-focused ("Get Your Free Case Evaluation"). One should be problem-focused ("Injured in [Your City]? Don't Talk to the Insurance Company First."). Let it run for 2 weeks. The winner becomes your control.
  • Publish your first content piece. One article targeting a long-tail, high-intent keyword. Follow the answer engine format from Week 6. Direct answer first. Context second. Common mistakes third. CTA last.
  • Begin your review system. Fire the automated requests for every client who hits the peak satisfaction moment this week.

By the end of Day 30, you should have:

  • Website loading under 2 seconds
  • Conversion tracking live
  • At least 2 dedicated landing pages converting at 5%+
  • CRM with automated lead routing and follow-up
  • Review system running automatically
  • Google Business Profile fully optimized
  • First content piece published

👉 Phase 1 is unglamorous. You won't see traffic increases. You won't see ranking changes. But you've built the foundation that makes everything in Phase 2 and 3 work. Without this, nothing else matters.

Phase 2: Days 31 to 60 (COMPETE Authority)

Phase 2 builds the authority signals that make prospects choose you when they compare you to competitors. This is where reviews accelerate, content compounds, and the map pack starts moving.

Week 5 to 6 (Days 31 to 44): Scale Content and Reviews

  • Scale content production to 2 pieces per week. Each targeting a high-intent long-tail keyword from your research. Follow the answer engine format every time. Consistency matters more than volume. Two per week, every week, beats five in one week and zero the next.
  • Monitor your review velocity. By now, your automated system should be generating 6 to 10 reviews per month. If it's less, check your trigger timing. Move it closer to the peak satisfaction moment. If the trigger is right but reviews are low, rewrite your email subject line. Test 2 variations.
  • Start responding to every review within 24 hours. Use the templates from Week 8. Mention your service by name in each response. These responses count as fresh content on your Google Business Profile.
  • Check Google Search Console weekly. Track impressions, average position, and index count. These are your leading indicators. If impressions are growing, your content is gaining visibility. If the average position is improving, your rankings are climbing. Both predict traffic growth 30 to 60 days before it shows up in Analytics.

Week 7 to 8 (Days 45 to 60): Optimize Map Pack and Launch Retargeting

  • Track your map pack position weekly for your top 10 target keywords. Record your position. Watch for movement. The jump from page 2 to the map pack often happens suddenly, in a 2 to 3 week window.
  • Launch your retargeting campaign. Three tiers:
    • Non-engaged visitors (bounced in under 10 seconds): Brand awareness ad with a testimonial.
    • Engaged visitors (2+ minutes on site, multiple pages): Specific offer ad with a link to a landing page or lead magnet.
    • High-intent visitors (visited contact or scheduling page): Urgent CTA ad with direct scheduling link.
  • Use Week 9's three-layer ad strategy as your guide. Start retargeting on the platform where most of your prospects are: Google Display Network for search-driven traffic, Facebook/Instagram for broader reach, LinkedIn for B2B practices.

By the end of Day 60, you should have:

  • 8+ content pieces published targeting high-intent keywords
  • 12+ new Google reviews generated through automation
  • Review responses on every review
  • Map pack position improving for at least 3 target keywords
  • Retargeting campaign live across 3 audience segments
  • Google Search Console showing impression growth and position improvement

👉 Phase 2 is the accumulation phase we covered in Week 7. Results are building below the surface. The hockey stick hasn't arrived yet. But the leading indicators are telling you it's coming.

Phase 3: Days 61 to 90 (CAPTURE Acceleration)

Phase 3 is where you pour fuel on the fire. The foundation is built. The authority is accumulating. Now you accelerate with targeted ad campaigns and content amplification.

Week 9 to 10 (Days 61 to 74): Launch High-Intent Ad Campaigns

  • Launch Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent keywords. Use exact match and phrase match. Not a broad match. Create dedicated ad groups for each service. Each ad group sends traffic to the matching landing page from Phase 1.
  • Bid on long-tail keywords with intent modifiers: "free consultation," "near me," "how much does [service] cost." These have lower competition, lower cost per click, and higher conversion rates.
  • Add negative keywords. Filter out irrelevant searches that waste budget. Check your search terms report weekly for the first 3 weeks. Add negatives for anything irrelevant.
  • Track your true cost per qualified lead, not just cost per lead. Use the calculation from Week 9: total spend divided by qualified leads, not total leads. This tells you whether the campaign is actually profitable.

Week 11 to 12 (Days 75 to 90): Refine, Optimize, and Scale

  • Review your 12-metric dashboard from Week 10. Which metrics are green? Which are yellow? Which are red?
  • For every red metric, identify the specific fix. One fix per red metric. Not five. One. Execute the highest-impact fix first.
  • For every green metric, identify whether you can scale it. If organic content is generating leads at a cost of $0, produce more content. If retargeting is generating qualified leads at $150, increase the retargeting budget. Scale what works.
  • Test new landing page variations against your control from Phase 1. Test headlines, CTAs, form length, social proof placement. One test at a time. Winner becomes the new control.
  • Update and refresh content from Phase 2. Add new information. Update stats. Refresh images. Google rewards updated content with improved rankings.
  • Run a competitive review. Search your top 3 target keywords. Look at who's ranking above you. What do they have that you don't? More reviews? More content? Better landing pages? Identify the gap. Close it.

By the end of Day 90, you should have:

  • Active Google Ads campaign with tracked cost per qualified lead
  • Retargeting campaign optimized across 3 segments
  • 16+ content pieces published, with first pieces starting to rank
  • 20+ new reviews generated through automation
  • Map pack position in top 3 for at least 3 target keywords
  • 12-metric dashboard reviewed and actioned
  • Clear understanding of which channels are profitable and which need work

What Happens After Day 90

Day 90 is not the end. It's the beginning of the compounding phase.

After 90 days, your foundation is built. Your authority signals are accumulating. Your ad campaigns are profitable. Your content is starting to rank. Your review system is generating social proof automatically.

What happens next is the hockey stick. The compounding effect we covered in Week 7 and saw in Meridian's case study in Week 11.

Months 4 to 6 are where the flatline turns into the hockey stick. Organic traffic doubles. Map pack positions solidify. AI search starts recommending your content. Cost per qualified lead drops as organic takes over a larger share of lead generation.

But only if you maintain the systems you built in the first 90 days.

The most common mistake after a 90-day push is to declare victory and stop. Content stops publishing. The review system gets neglected. Dashboard stops being reviewed. The systems decay. The compounding stops. The hockey stick flattens.

👉 The system doesn't work because you built it. The system works because you maintain it. Building it gets you to Day 90. Maintaining it gets you to 4x growth.

After Day 90, your priorities shift:

  • Maintain content production at 2x per week minimum. Content is the engine of organic growth. Stop publishing, stop growing.
  • Maintain a review system. Reviews drive map pack, AI recommendations, and conversion. The system runs automatically. Don't turn it off.
  • Review dashboard monthly. Red metrics get fixed. Green metrics get scaled. This takes 60 minutes per month. It's the most valuable hour in your calendar.
  • Increase ad budget only when the foundation supports it. If your landing pages convert at 8%+ and your retargeting is live, increasing ad spend multiplies results. If those systems aren't in place, increasing ad spend multiplies waste.
  • Refresh content quarterly. Update stats, add new information, refresh images. Google rewards fresh content with improved rankings.
  • Expand to new keywords and services. Once you're ranking for your initial target keywords, expand. Target adjacent services. Target long-tail variations. Each new ranking compounds on the authority you've already built.

The CAPTURE Score Final Assessment

This is the same assessment from Week 11. Take it again. Compared to where you were 11 weeks ago.

1. Is your website conversion rate above 5%? Yes = 1 point. No = 0 points.

2. Do you have 100+ Google reviews with 8+ new reviews per month? Yes = 1 point. No = 0 points.

3. Are you in the map pack for at least 50% of your target keywords? Yes = 1 point. No = 0 points.

4. Can you track qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, and revenue by channel? Yes = 1 point. No = 0 points.

Score 0: You have the blueprint. You have a 90-day plan. You have the checklist. The only thing missing is execution. Start tomorrow. Day 1. Week 1. Audit and prioritize. The 90-day clock starts when you do.

Score 1-2: You've made progress. But you have gaps. Go back to the phase where your gaps live. If your website converts below 5%, you're still in Phase 1. If your reviews are below 100, you're in Phase 2. Fix the gap before moving forward.

Score 3-4: You're in the compounding phase. Your job now is maintenance and optimization. Keep the systems running. Review the dashboard monthly. Scale what works. Fix what doesn't. The hockey stick is here or coming soon.

CAPTURE Myths

Myth: "I'll start this when things slow down."

Truth: Things won't slow down. The practices that need this the most are the ones too busy to implement it. But here's what busy without a system looks like: you're busy because you're generating leads through personal effort and referrals. When you stop pushing, leads stop coming. A system generates leads while you sleep. The busiest practices are the ones that need a system the most. Start now. Build the system. Then your busyness becomes productive instead of reactive.

This Week's Action Item

This is the last action item in the series. Make it count.

Print the Complete CAPTURE Checklist above. Put it on your wall. Today.

Look at the first unchecked box. That's your Day 1 task. Not the whole checklist. Just the first unchecked box.

Do that one thing tomorrow. Then do the next one the day after. One box at a time. One day at a time. Ninety days from now, you'll have a system that generates leads predictably, ranks you in the map pack, builds reviews automatically, and compounds in effectiveness every month.

Or you'll have the same results you have today. Plus a printed checklist on your wall that you never started.

The difference between those two outcomes is one decision. Made tomorrow morning. To check the first box.
