Step 1: Schedule your kickoff call.
We'll review your project scope, timeline, and goals together to make sure we're aligned on day one.
Step 2: Complete your access checklist.
We'll send a simple checklist for everything we need: hosting login, domain registrar, current site access, brand assets, and content priorities.
Step 3: Your project begins.
We assign your development team, schedule your first milestone review, and start building. You'll see progress within the first week.
What to Bring to Your Kickoff Call
Current site access. WordPress admin login, hosting credentials (WP Engine, Kinsta, etc.)
Domain registrar access. GoDaddy, Namecheap, or wherever your domain is managed
Brand assets. Logo files, brand colors, fonts, style guide (if you have one)
Content priorities. Which pages matter most? What content exists vs. what needs to be written?
Sites you love. 2-3 websites you admire (doesn't have to be in your industry)
Your "must-haves" vs. "nice-to-haves". What absolutely must be in the new site vs. what would be great if we have time
